Available Funding Support
Funded Hours
Eligible working parents of children aged 9 months to school age can access up to 30 hours of funded childcare per week. This can be offered for up to 51 weeks of the year by ‘stretching’ the funding, helping reduce monthly nursery costs. *consumable charges apply please contact us for more details.
How to Pay
Our billing cycle runs monthly, with invoices typically issued on the 1st of the month for the month ahead, and payments due by the 15th of the month. For example your 1st February invoice covers your child’s March sessions.

Fees can be paid by bank transfer or other agreed methods, for example Tax-Free Childcare.

Any extra sessions are payable on or before the day your child attends. These can’t be included within funded hours.
Upon registration we require a non-refundable £25 registration fee and a refundable deposit of £100 This deposit is returned when your child leaves us, provided all invoices are settled and notice periods are respected.
Common Fee Questions
We want to ensure you have all the information you need to make the best decision for your family. Explore our answers to common questions about government funding, nursery fees, and payment methods.
What if I miss a payment?
If a payment is missed, reminder notices will be sent. A £25 weekly late fee will be added until the balance is settled. All outstanding fees must be cleared by the 28th of the month; otherwise, childcare may need to be temporarily paused until payment is received.
What if I'm experiencing financial difficulty?
If you’re finding things difficult, please come and talk to us. We know that circumstances can change and we’ll always approach these situations with kindness and confidentiality.

We’ll look at the options together and where appropriate, we may also help you explore support available through other agencies or funding routes. Our aim is to work with you to find a way forward that supports you and your family and keeps your child’s place secure wherever possible.
Are meals included in the fees?
Yes, our nursery fees are inclusive of all healthy meals, nutritious snacks, and refreshments. We cater to all dietary needs and allergies for every child.
